Worker
£30 Per Hour
This could include strategy training to help individuals with neurodiversity and autism spectrum conditions cope better in work and education. Support workers can be considered to support individuals with specific training / support needs. This could include strategy training to help individuals with neurodiverse and autism spectrum conditions to cope better in work and education.
ASC Mentor:
Autism & ADHD
£45.00 Per Hour Remote
£50.00 Per Hour in Person
Mentors work with students on a
one-to-one basis addressing the barriers
to learning created by a particular impairment e.g. neurodiverse or autism spectrum conditions. Examples of these barriers include, coping with anxiety and stress, how to deal with concentration difficulties, time management, and creating a suitable work-life balance.
The role of mentor is to promote independent learning as well as empowering the student to manage their work load, especially during times of transition.
Job
Coach
£30 Per Hours
Support workers can provide on or
off-site job coaching to individuals with neurodiversity and autism spectrum conditions with their job roles. The job coach role is flexible, but should include support with settling in, induction and learning as well as coping strategies.
Communication Support
£30 Per Hour
Support workers can provide communication support to include interpreting. The role of the Communication Support Worker is to support individuals to access communication in English using a range
of techniques, which may include writing emails and note taking.
Support Worker (Coping strategies)
£205 Per Session
Support workers can help with a variety of coping strategies to manage stress and prevent burnout, including self-care practices, reflective activities, mindfulness and well-being practices.
